The Growing Grandparents Group will meet next on Sunday, March 25 at 5pm for a potluck dinner that will feature a conversation with local grandparent and blogger Bill Mitchell. Bill was a journalist and teacher, born in Boston and back since June 2013. He still does some freelance writing, photography and caught our attention with a Globe Magazine article about living multi-generationally "across the hall" in a Brookline apartment from his grandkids. Check out his website and come meet Bill and Carol Mitchell on March 25 at 5pm for Sunday supper in the parlor. All are welcome! Contact the Church Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 617-277-6860.

Growing Grandparents is a place for active grandparents and peers to share ideas and experiences during this special time of life. The next meeting is January 22 at 10:30am in the Parlor. We are wrapping up discussing The 100-Year Life by Lynda Gratton and Andrew Scott. The conversation will engage you, whether or not you have done this reading. What will it mean for our families, our communities, and for us that more people are living longer; what will we do with this gift of time? Group plans for February through May will also be talked about. All interested persons are welcome - for more information about this meeting or the group, contact the Church Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
