Around the Community: Affordable Housing Forum

There is an upcoming Townwide Forum, called Building a Better Brookline: Housing Affordability in the Age of COVID-19, to be held on Sunday, June 14, 2020 from 1-3pm on Zoom. This event is co-sponsored by three “official” town boards: the Housing Advisory Board, the Diversity Commission, and the Economic Development Advisory Board, and is expected to draw a large, diverse group as we bring together different constituencies to address the issue of housing affordability from different perspectives, including transportation, economic development, climate change, and racial diversity.

You can register now here. This will be an important event as we try to reset the conversation and begin “Building a Better Brookline.” Click here to see a flyer from the organizers.
