This fall we are reading the book Christianity After Religion: The End of Church and the Birth of a New Spiritual Awakening, by Diana Butler Bass, with conversations about how lives of faith are and will be changing. Our calendar is set month-to-month, most often with Monday mornings at United Parish or Saturday gatherings over a meal. The Growing Grandparents Group will meet next on Sunday, March 25 at 5pm for a potluck dinner that will feature a conversation with local grandparent and blogger Bill Mitchell. Bill was a journalist and teacher, born in Boston and back since June 2013. He still does some freelance writing, photography and caught our attention with a Globe Magazine article about living multi-generationally "across the hall" in a Brookline apartment from his grandkids. Check out his website and come meet Bill and Carol Mitchell on March 25 at 5pm for Sunday supper in the parlor. All are welcome! Contact the Church Office at or 617-277-6860.
