Archives: September 2021

You may know that we rent out the building to lots of different community groups who use our space throughout the week.

Join us on Sundays at 10am starting September 19 outside on the Front Lawn for Adult Drop-In Bible Study. No prep needed, no cost, no commitment. Meet your friends, learn something, and build your faith. Contact Deb W.

The Hearts and Hands Ministry Team will be collecting food on Sunday, September 12 to help support the Food Pantry. Bring your canned goods and non-perishable food to church with you on Sunday from 9:30am-12:30pm.

We will be offering a special outdoor family worship service on Sunday, September 12 from 9:45-10:15am, geared towards children under 12 and their families.

Join Adam S. on Wednesday mornings from 8:00-8:30am on Zoom for a calming, caring congregational connection in the middle of your chaotic week.

Come lend a hand around the church building on Sunday, October 3 from 1-4pm. We could use help spreading mulch and weeding. Many hands make light work!

Our ushers are often the first friendly faces that people see when they come to the United Parish. Wouldn’t you like to join in this extravagant welcome? Contact or one of the pastors to find out how to be an usher.

Beginning Friday, September 10, stop by to shop indoors on Fridays from 12-2pm and Saturdays from 12-3pm. Entrance is through the Chapel Ramp door on Marion Street. Masks are required indoors.

Join us in celebrating the ordination of one of our lifelong members, Lexi Boudreaux, to Christian ministry in the United Church of Christ on Sunday, October 24 at 3:00pm at United Parish in Brookline!

With three locations in Brookline, the Brookline Food Pantry (BFP) serves over 700 needy households each week, providing fresh produce, meat and dairy as well as household staples.
