Around the Community: Affordable Housing Opportunity for Seniors in Brookline

There is a new 60-unit affordable housing development being built in Coolidge Corner at 370 Harvard Street (adjacent to the Kehillath Israel synagogue) for seniors aged 62 or older! It’s called Brown Family House, and 57 of the units are set aside for low- and moderate-income seniors, and the developer – 2Life Communities of Brighton, will be offering many healthy-living services. Applications to enter the lottery are due May 1. Lottery will be held May 21.
