Recommitment: Exploring our Money Stories
We all have a money story, whether we recognize it or not. Perhaps we are living from a story of fear or shame or guilt. Or a story that our actions won’t have an impact. Or a story that we don’t have enough. Where might God be speaking a new narrative into the limited ones we have told ourselves?
The weekly themes are:
- Remember (April 30)
- Release (May 7)
- Reimagine (May 14)
- Restore (May 21) -- Consecration Sunday, when we bring forth our pledge forms.
We encourage you to pray, reflect, and discuss how you will make your financial commitment to the ministries and missions of United Parish this year. Information packets have been mailed. If you didn’t receive one, extras are available on the welcome tables. Please complete your financial commitment form and Time and Talent pledge form by Sunday, May 21, Consecration Sunday.
