Room Use Request Form - Recurring Events

  1. Requests for space should be requested as far in advance as possible to ensure our ability to meet your needs.  Please make all requests a mnimum of three weeks prior to requested date.
  2. All questions with the red star must be answered in order to give you a correct quote. The form will not submit unless all questions with a red star are answered.

  4. We will tell you about availability on a date on the phone or by email. However, we will give quotes only after the full form is filled out.  
  5. Events will be put on our calendar after a signed contract and deposit are received.
  6. When we receive your form, you will receive notification of availability of date and a cost estimate.
  7. Please note: this is not a contract.

6 foot Rectangular Tables (Max - 15) - no charge; 8 foot Rectangular Tables (Max - 15) - no charge; Chairs (Max 250) - no charge; Piano - $150; Organ - $250; Audio in Parlor or Willett Hall:Mic, PA & 2 Speakers - $25; Audio in Sanctuary: Handheld Wireless (Max 2), Label Mics (Max 4) - $25; Projector - $25; Screen (medium size) - $25; Screen (large size) - $50

** Catering to You (a company unaffiliated with United Parish) is located in the church – contact them directly if you wish for them to provide food (781) 286-1273 |; ** The kitchen off of Willet Hall cannot be used unless Catering to You is consulted; more often than not, someone from Catering to You must be hired if this kitchen is used.
United Parish has an Alcoholic Beverage Policy. There must be a bartender present and this person must be vetted by the United Parish catering consultant. Only beer, wine and champagne are allowed in the building.
