GBIO Housing Justice Campaign
Are you frustrated with how expensive housing is in Brookline and greater Boston? Do you worry about how you, or your family and friends, or so many in our community, will be able to find an affordable home, or to keep the one you have as rents and prices go sky-high?
Then mark your calendar for a Teach-In on the newly launched Housing Justice Campaign of the Greater Boston Interfaith Organization (GBIO) on Wednesday, February 15 at 7:30pm on Zoom.
This campaign seeks to persuade the state legislature and local Brookline decision-makers to take bold steps to increase the supply of truly affordable housing, to improve the quality of public housing, and to provide safe and decent housing for those who have long been unfairly denied it. Come and learn, and see if you would like to help!
