Care Giving

Care giving at United Parish is best represented by the mission statement of our Hearts and Hands ministry that is put into practice by United Parish members and friends "to embody the love and compassion of Jesus by using our voices, eyes, hands and feet to support, comfort and care for our United Parish family during times of celebration and joy, sickness and healing, grief and loss."

The pastors, staff, and lay leaders of United Parish collaborate in providing pastoral care and support for members of the congregation.

The Hearts and Hands Ministry seeks to embody the love and compassion of Jesus by using our voices, eyes, hands and feet to support, comfort and care for our United Parish family during times of celebration and joy, sickness and healing, grief and loss. We are an active and diverse group of volunteer caregivers who:

At United Parish, a group of members faithfully holds in prayer our community’s joys and concerns. We invite you to send us your prayer requests and invite you to join the Prayer Chain. It is a meaningful way to be part of our spiritual community. Contact the church office if you have a prayer request or to join the United Parish Prayer Chain. We will keep you in our daily prayers.
