Gathering in Community
We strive to create a sense of home in our community by offering extravagant welcome to any and every human being (all ages, races, ethnicities, physical and mental abilities, sexual orientations, genders, economic means) – including doubters and believers from many faith backgrounds. We feel called by God to be a shelter in the storm, embracing together the joys and burdens of the world.
One way we get to know each other better is through our fellowship events. From picnics in our Memorial Garden to potluck lunches, from family movie & game nights to quiet country retreats, and from the Sunday morning coffee hour to evenings of storytelling, there are so many ways to meet and connect with others. Please join us - we want to get to know you!
At United Parish in Brookline we love any excuse for two things: a chance to get together and a chance to eat!
One weekend a year, the 20/30 Vision Group gets away from the city to have fun, play games, enjoy each other's company, eat together, and make music. Learn more >
At United Parish, we believe that small groups provide comfortable environments where we get together to explore faith and life.
Join the fun at the annual Strawberry Festival held each year in June on the front lawn at United Parish. Enjoy yummy strawberry shortcake and food from the grill while tapping your toes to live music. Find bargains at the rummage sale and our thrift shop, Thrifty Threads.
