2nd No Kings Demonstration

Please SAVE-THE-DATE of Saturday, October 18 from 12-3pm at Boston Common Parade Grounds, a group from United Parish will mobilize for another “No Kings” rally. This present administration under President Trump has continued to ignore the free speech rights of both citizens and non-citizens, deports the law abiding immigrants our country depends on, and has begun to use the military to control its own citizens. We are not powerless to oppose the many actions which are meant to intimidate and terrorize us. Please join us in speaking out against the perilous direction our country is heading in. Our voice needs to be LOUD and UNITED!

The United Parish group will meet at the church parking lot at 11:15 am to take the T downtown together. For those of you meeting us at the commons, we will be in front of the AMC movie theater at 175 Tremont St between noon and 12:15. Please let us know where you will meet up with us by sending an email to stretchingintojustice@upbrookline.org.

A few considerations:

Dress well. It looks like a nice day but in the high 50’s

Bring water and snacks if you want

Bring your sign!! Wear yellow if you have anything yellow
